MEMBERSHIP
We are a community of worship and formation on mission with Jesus.
We’re excited about the direction God has given us, and want you to be part of it. We follow God individually and together, as His body and as a family, and we invite you to join us by becoming a member. Membership isn’t a hoop you “must” jump through. Rather, it’s a way of saying, I’m here, I’m in. I’m joining with what God is doing in and among this congregation.
The membership process is not difficult, we ask you to learn about ASCC through the information here.
We ask our members for a few basic commitments:
Consistently attend ASCC worship services.
Engage in practices that lead to transformation and maturity, and to connection with God and others (examples: participate in a group, develop in prayer).
Participate in serving either inside or outside the church.
Give financially in proportion to your income, with the understanding that God-directed generosity is the ideal.
Work out relationships in the church with love, honor, and devotion.
Agree with our statement of faith.
Agree with and join what God is doing at ASCC and where God is leading us.
