ALL SAINTS KIDS SCRIPTURE MEMORY PROJECT
Our All Saints Kids team has compiled a packet of 55 foundational scriptures for you and your kiddos to use as a resource to grow in the practice of hiding God’s Word in your hearts. Along with that, each verse has a beautiful graphic (created by Jennifer Nunes) and has been put to song (written by our ASCC worship leaders). Our hope is that children and adults will use this resource to grow in the practice of hiding God’s Word in their hearts.
4 ways to engage with these scriptures:
Read them! Read each passage to yourself or another 5 to 10 times.
Memorize them! When doing this with children, keep it fun and low pressure. Note: one side of the card has the first letter of each word in a verse to help with memorization.
Hear them! Each passage has been put to song with music created by the ASCC worship leaders.
Pray them! Create and pray arrow prayers from the verses as you go through them. For example, from Genesis 1:1, “Thank you God for creating heaven and earth.” From Matthew 22:37, “Help me to love You with all my heart, mind soul and strength.”
