Who are you?
I am a visionary person that loves to dream big and lead people. I enjoy sports and love to coach my boys and other children in my free time.
Family?
I have been married to Rachael Migl for 15 years and we have three boys, Ty, Cole and Trey.
Ministry experience/passion?
I have been in youth ministry for 15 years and have experienced great joy watching former students become great leaders, spouses and parents. My passion is to empower adults and students to live out the dreams God has given them while making a difference in the lives of people they live closest to at home, work and in their community.
What brought you to OLCC?
After spending time with pastor Roc I really sensed God wanted me to join the ministry team at OLCC.

Hometown/places you have lived?
Hometown is Pasadena, Texas – Hook’em Horns! I have moved around quite a bit living in Pasadena, TX, Fort Collins, CO, Carterville GA, Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, Graham, TX, Tampa, FL, Allen, TX,
Places you would like to live – why?
California or Colorado: Love the beach and mountains and the weather is great in these two states!

Modern Worship, Classic Rock 70’s

Purpose Driven Church, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and anything written by Andy Stanley.

Hero – why?
All the people that serve with me in Student Ministry! They inspire me every time I see them serving and mentoring our students.
